By using Edit Lobby services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, creators, and brands purchasing editing services through our platform.

2. Services
Edit Lobby provides professional video editing services as described on our website and in your selected plan. Deliverables, turnaround times, and revision rounds are defined per plan at purchase. Scope changes may require additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate briefs, licensed footage, and timely feedback within the revision window. Delays in feedback may extend delivery timelines. You retain ownership of your raw content; Edit Lobby retains no ownership of your final deliverables upon full payment.
4. Payment
All fees are due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing for Premium projects. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Failed payments may pause active projects until resolved.
5. Revisions & Acceptance
Included revision rounds are defined per plan. Feedback must be clear and within original scope. After final delivery and acceptance, additional changes are billed separately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Edit Lobby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in dispute.
