If you cancel before an editor has started work on your project, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase to request cancellation.

Cancellation After Work Begins
Once editing has commenced, refunds are prorated based on work completed. A partial refund may be issued at Edit Lobby's discretion if the project cannot be completed due to circumstances on our end.
Subscription & Pass Plans
Lobby Pass and Lobby Pass XL credits are non-refundable once activated. Unused credits may be transferable within the validity period — contact support for assistance.
Dissatisfaction Policy
We include revision rounds on all plans to ensure satisfaction. If deliverables do not meet the agreed brief after all included revisions, contact us and we will work toward a fair resolution, which may include additional revisions or partial credit.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@editlobby.com with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
